
Becoming A Nutritional Warrior

Friends, my name is Christopher D’Orta. I am an attorney, but no longer practice law so that I may deliver a critical message: GOOD HEALTH, PROPER WEIGHT, AND EMOTIONAL BLISS IS NORMAL!!!
A few years ago, I developed horrific body-wide psoriasis, crippling arthritis, and relentless chronic fatigue. Indeed, I was on the verge of being permanently wheelchair-bound. Conventional medical care offered me no hope, so, I turned to natural healing. I now proudly declare that I am healed of my supposedly incurable diseases; and I lost 60 pounds with no dieting whatsoever! I have developed and teach a ten-week health and wellness course that offers permanent weight-loss and a chance to alleviate illness forever.
Certainly, we have been brainwashed to believe that we must diet in order to lose weight. WRONG! Diets generally do lead to weight loss! Join a weight-loss program, restrict your caloric intake enough and you will lose weight, PERIOD! But at what cost? Dieting makes the body think it is being starved to death. Consequently, the body lowers its basal (resting) metabolic rate in defense. Soon, all you need do is look at cake and you gain weight, (actual consumption of cake brings unspeakable consequences). 95% of all who join weight-loss programs gain all the lost weight back and then some! And, most weight loss programs force the body to lose weight unnaturally, almost always leading to long-term deprivation of health, (and the re-gaining of weight).
We need to rely on the intelligence of the body to adjust its weight naturally, as a by-product of optimal health. The truth is that: the body knows exactly how much to weigh so get of its way! Indisputably, such bodily self-adjustment is the only way to healthfully lose weight permanently.
Thusly, we should not focus on excess weight because excess weight, along with any other physical challenge (dis-ease), is not the problem. Instead, excess weight or disease is a symptom of the underlying problem: lack of physical and meta-physical ("transcending physical") balance. The inner imbalance manifests outwardly as excess weight, or illness.
The body ceaselessly strives for perfect, utterly explosive health and energy. Positively, perfect health and weight is normal! Disease and excess weight are signals that we did something to produce imbalance. When the body is allowed to heal itself, it will almost invariably rectify any lack of perfection. This runs counter to the standard "disease is normal" notions we are bombarded with. Understand, that just because something is widely said or accepted does not make it necessarily true! Anything other than explosive vibrance, absolute vitality, and correct weight is dis-ease!!! And such disease is a compromised state of being, (and mostly unnecessary!).
Further, excess weight and disease is toxic buildup of cellular waste material. Think of it like a freeway. If there is an accident, the flow of cars is impeded, and traffic backs up. Its like "car fat" on the road; the cars are like fat cells and the road is like your hips, waist, etc.... When major elimination channels are congested, the fat cells cannot flow outward and you gain weight. Through proper detoxification, the body re-establishes energetic and physiologic circulation allowing the weight to float away. "Weight management" then becomes a matter of "waste management."
We should be focusing on whole foods that supply long-term fuel and ultimate nutrition. These whole foods produce weight control and explosive health without producing nasty cravings. Most weight-loss programs champion fractured, processed foods that deprive the brain of glucose (blood sugar); this leads to a brain starved for fuel. The brain then goes through desperate moves to re-balance the situation by transmitting starvation signals. These signals COMPEL you to overeat foods that supply quick fixes, (you know, the usual culprits: cake, cookies, chips, ice-cream, etc...). My course also promotes weight loss through fat loss, not muscle loss ( most other programs do just the opposite).
Additionally, we need to incorporate self-love which enables you to abandon the dis-empowering beliefs that were unmercifully fed to you by corporate giants. Through their ads, they brainwash us believe that our self-worth is somehow gauged by how much we weigh, how we look, how much we buy, etc.... When we cannot match up to their unrealistic images, we naturally feel unworthy. What do we do when we feel unworthy? We overeat!
Listen friend, when you are healed within, you will recognize that your weight is a physical symptom of compromised health; it has nothing to do with your inner perfection and wholeness. Such wholeness is God-granted and need not be earned. Awareness of the goodness and the wholeness that is already there is all that is necessary. And what is whole does not seek from without for it is complete and therefore requires nothing. Bye-bye overeating.
Lastly, most health and weight-loss programs do not respect the need for transition. Inevitably, you fail to live up to the unrealistic (and unnecessary) goals of these programs. Such failure produces stress and anxiety. These negative emotions drive us to derail positive changes we have accomplished; we likewise seek to numb the pain with excess food and other negative disempowering behaviors.
My course allows you to prioritize your health, but makes it a slow journey. And it is just that, a journey, not an end destination. Yes, there may be ups and downs. But as you make better choices you feel better; feeling better makes it easier to make better choices, and so on.
This is not a two week, or four week, or even ten week program. In fact, it is not a program at all. Instead, my course offers a shift back to normalcy; back to normal eating, thinking and living habits that honor life and nature. Trust that I will teach you how to lose weight and heal disease by making you more conscience of what you eat and think for the rest of your life. And, it is by truly learning what is health supportive, and the accompanying change within, that spurs the right decision.
You will never again have to worry about excess weight (and maybe illness too!). In fact, you never have to worry about worrying again! You will have changed, and your body and mind will have changed. It is a return HOME to perfect health, peace, and balance. Welcome home dear friend.
